Women's Cell

KWDC Women's Cell at Farook College (Autonomous) is dedicated to the holistic empowerment of women, with a mission to help them discover their full potential and succeed in a competitive world. Our primary focus is on nurturing the multifaceted development of women, which includes all UG, PG students, women from the nearby community, and primary and secondary level students of nearby schools. We provide them with support, resources, and essential information to overcome the unique challenges they encounter. We are committed to creating awareness about women's rights, promoting gender equality, and addressing the issues women face in our society. We strive to prevent discrimination and harassment, both in the workplace and educational institutions, by advocating for policies that ensure equitable treatment and opportunities for women.

Our Women's Cell offers a safe and supportive space for women to share their experiences, seek guidance, and receive the support they need. In addition, we aim to foster an entrepreneurship ecosystem that encourages innovation, creativity, and growth, providing support to entrepreneurs and startups, ultimately contributing to job creation, economic growth, and a dynamic, thriving economy
