Established in 1951, the department offers BCom, BBA, MCom and PhD programmes. The undergraduate programmes, BCom and BBA, are sufficiently backed up by training in computer education. The programme in commerce at undergraduate level offers a special paper in Income Tax Law and Practice. The post-graduate course has Financial Management and Taxation as special components.
