The Department of Zoology organized an Orientation Programme on Career Opportunities and Competitive Exams in Life Science on 16^th August 2024, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the AVT Hall. The programme aimed to guide students in their career planning and preparation for competitive exams in the life sciences field.

The event commenced with a warm welcome by Dr. Rashiba A.P., Head of the Department of Zoology, who highlighted the significance of the programme and the opportunities it could unlock for students in their future careers.

The session was led by Dr. Divin Murukesh, Director of Aegon Institute, who served as the resource person. He delivered an exceptionally informative and engaging presentation, covering various career paths available to life science graduates, the importance of choosing the right path, and the preparation required for different competitive exams.
