Department of Psychology, Farook College (Autonomous) organized a workshop on  “HRD raining, a tool for professional excellence”  on 30/8/2022. The Resource persons were Mr. Sayyid Shaheer and Mr. Ashfaq Jafar, Psychologist and Trainers of Team Incubation. The training  was held at the UG seminar hall with the participation of 60 students from Final year Psychology class. The program began at 1:00PM and the welcome speech was given by Dr. Nisha K, Head of the Department of Psychology, with an introduction about the significance of the session. The session started with a lot of activities.  The Resource persons engaged the class very effectively. They gave a brief introduction about the HRD training programme with a presentation focusing on  the relevance of  pre-training and training. Students were divided into different groups and made them actively interact in the workshop through a variety of group tasks. The program came to an end at 4:30pm with the vote of thanks by Miss Rizwana Khader, Faculty member, Department of Psychology.
