The regional office of the National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) observed the 18^th National Statistics Day in association with the PG and Research Dept. of Statistics at Farook College. F. Muhammed Yasir, Director and Regional Head, NSSO, and Dr. Aysha Swapna. Principal, Farook College were present on the occasion. Poster and Power Point presentations were made by the students on the theme ‘Use of data for decision- making’ . The NSSO presented an overview of various national sample surveys and published the latest results. Around 80 persons attended the observance.
