In celebration of International Yoga Day, the NSS units of Farook College organized a YOGA WORKSHOP in collaboration with Decathlon on June 20, 2024, at 3 PM in the PG seminar hall of Farook College.

The workshop was guided by renowned yoga trainer Mr. Appunni, alongside Abhijith, Shadhina, and Rafkhan, representatives from Decathlon. The event commenced with an introductory session by Dr. Mansoorali T and Shana KT, followed by fundamental yoga practices emphasizing the importance of meditation. The program concluded successfully at 4:30 PM with a vote of thanks delivered by Fathima Saja K.
