The women’s cell conducted a personality development programme “Rise and Shine—Unleash Your Potential” on October 11, 2023, at AVT. The programme commenced at 2 p.m. with a warm welcome speech by Dr. Maimoonath A.P., extending greetings to the guests and faculty members. Dr. Badhariya Beegum delivered a presidential address, setting the tone for the session. The resource person for the session was Mr. Rashid Gazzali, Corporate Consultant, Educationist, Life Coach, and Managing Director, Nilgiri Arts and Science College, Thaloor, Tamil Nadu.

Mr. Gazali shared stories of successful individuals, with a particular focus on women who had overcome challenges to achieve their goals. He discussed the importance of developing one's personality and offered insights into building self-confidence, effective communication, and leadership skills. Mr. Gazali also provided practical advice on achieving personal and professional goals.

His presentation encouraged the audience to aspire to greater heights and become the best version of themselves, ultimately emphasizing the significance of continuous self-improvement and personal development. Gazali was presented with a token of appreciation from the faculty.

Ms. Mubeena delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all those involved in making the event a success.
