Women's Cell Farook College organized a menstrual cup awareness programme - "Pad Free Days" on 20th January 2023 at UG seminar Hall.

Shabnam Noorjahan, Assistant professor, Dept. of Zoology handled the session. The advantages of using a  menstrual cup and its relevance has been explained. Students were actively involved in the discussion.
