The former Malappuram Bureau Chief of 24 News, Ashkar Ali N.A., interacted with the students of Journalism and Mass Communication on the topic "Live Reporting and Journalistic Practices" at Farook College (Autonomous) on 12^th October, 2022. Based on his experiences, he spoke extensively regarding the challenges students of journalism face as they report live and deal with technical aspects of the newsroom. He shared his tragic experiences he encountered while reporting the very disastrous events such as Kavalapaara Tragedy and Kerala Floods.
