'Anti-Drug Warriors' : Applications Invited from Students

One of the major threats that our youth face is the drug abuse. Number of drug abuse cases are increasing day by day. Drug affects every aspects of our health, let it be physical, emotional, cognitive, social and spiritual.
Let's join our hands together, to make sure that our human resource is being protected from the ill effects of drug abuse.
Department of Psychology, in collaboration with Anti-Drug Cell Farook College (Autonomous), with all your support, is planning to develop a students' action team to prevent and control drug abuse within the campus and in the near by communities. A team of students namely "Anti-Drug Warriors" will be formed to develop an action plan, organise programmes, get trained and provide training services on the related topics.
We invite interested students (all gender) from each department to be a part of this squad. If more application turns up, there will be a selection criteria.
As an initial step,the Dept. organizes "The Decision" (an anti-drug abuse campaign) on 12/10/2022, from 02:00 pm to 03:30 pm at UG Seminar Hall. Mr. B. Harikumar (District Coordinator, Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India) will interact with students as part of the campaign.
