Farook College, in collaboration with UGC-MMTTC, organized a six-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) from 16 to 21 June 2025 on E-Content Development and Outcome-Based Education, aligning with NEP 2020. The programme aimed to enhance faculty competencies in digital pedagogy, instructional design, and learner-centric methodologies through expert lectures, interactive sessions, and hands-on workshops.

The inaugural session featured addresses by Dr. K.A. Aysha Swapna (Principal, Farook College), Prof. Gurmohinder Singh (Principal, SGTB Khalsa College), Prof. Vimal Rarh (Director, UGC-MMTTC), and Prof. A.K. Bakhshi (Founding VC, PDM University).

Distinguished speakers delivered sessions on NEP-2020, AI in education, OBE curriculum design, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gen Z pedagogy, multimedia integration, MOOC design, learner psychology, and outcome-based assessment. The valedictory session concluded with a Memorandum of Understanding between Farook College and Khalsa College, Delhi, fostering academic collaboration.

The FDP provided participants with practical tools to adopt outcome-based and technology-enhanced teaching practices.
