Dr. Muhammed Yoosuf completed B.Sc in Chemistry from Christ College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda, Univerity of Calicut in 2009 and M.Sc. in Chemistry from Farook College (Autonomous),Kozhikode, University of Calicut in 2011. He completed his Ph.D from CSIR-NIIST, Thrivananthapuram. His doctoral research focused on the “Design, synthesis and photophysical studies of some novel donor acceptor molecules for organic photovoltaic applications”. After completing his Ph.D, he joined as Assistant Professor in the PG & Research Department of Chemistry, Farook College (Autonomous) in 2019. He has published many national and international articles in his credit. He is an experienced teacher for competitive examinations like UGC-CSIR NET/JRF, IIT JAM, IIT JEE, GATE etc. He is the founder of Carbon Coaching classes. Currently he is the faculty coordinator of UGC-NET coaching at the department. His research interest includes Dye sensitized Solar cells, Bulk heterojunction solar cells, Pervoskite solar cells, Dendimer cored nano particles, Targetted drug delivery and Orgaic functional materials for optoelectronic applications. He has coordinated many national events.
