Dr Ajeena Rose is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Multimedia, at Farook College (Autonomous). She is focusing on the critiques and revitalisations of democracy creatively through digital technologies. She received a Centrally Administered Full-term Doctoral Fellowship from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) from 10 January 2018 to 10 January 2020 for "Envisioning Creative Democracy Through Digital India Initiatives; a case study on media discourses of rural development programs". She qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in Mass Communication and Journalism in the year 2019.
