Dr. Rashiba.A.P is an assistant professor at department of zoology, Farook College(autonomous), Kerala since 7^th September, 2004. She took Ph.D from NIO-RC, CUSAT in the topic " Studies on Copepods of EEZ of East Coast of India" during 2013. Her research interests are in Marine Biology, Wildlife biology, Avian Biology and Moth studies. She has presented her papers in national and international conferences and seminars. She is also interested in counselling students and took Masters degree in Psychology from IGNOU during 2020. She is life member of various professional bodies such as TRACK (Trauma care), International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapon(ICAN), BNHS, etc. She acted as Additional Chief Examiner of University of Calicut during 2013, 2014 and 2015 and member of P.G Board of studies of Zoology, during 2014-2017 and Human physiology during 2018-2020, Chairperson of M.Sc. Zoology Examinations, University of Calicut (Theory and Practical) since 2018 to 2020 and Chairperson of M.Sc. BIOLOGY Examinations, University of Calicut(Theory and Practical)during 2021, 2022.
