Graduation from Calicut University, Post Graduation from Pondicherry Central University, UGC- NET 2010 with JRF, PhD from University of Calicut (received NITTTR-IAAP best thesis award for the year 2017 from (Ministry of HRD, Govt of India).

Research enthusiast, Co-founder- Researchphile, Research interest - Fatherhood research, methodological research-Quantitative, qualitative, mixed and multi-methods, Intellectual Disability, Child and Adolescence, Parenting. Proficient in usage of EXCEL, SPSS, PSPP, NVIVO, MENDLEY, and JAMOVI.

Have 13 paper presentations, 7 paper publications, invited lectures, been resource person for workshops, seminars, and conferences. Resource person for workshop and training on various topics, Life skill trainer - at national and international level.
