I have a rich professional background in Afghanistan's Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, where I held various key roles; as an Economic Analysis Expert, Finance and Procurement Expert, and Provincial Liaison Coordinator, contributing significantly to oil and gas reserve management, financial oversight, and inter-provincial coordination. My work involved preparing financial plans, monitoring procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
In addition to my technical competencies, I have actively participated in conferences, seminars, and training programs focusing on AI, mining governance, and strategic decision-making. I am multilingual, fluent in Pashto (mother tongue), Dari, and English, with conversational skills in Hindi/Urdu. My multilingual proficiency (Pashto, Dari, English, Hindi/Urdu) complements and ability to engage with diverse audiences in professional settings. This dedication is further highlighted by my pursuit of a PhD in Commerce and Management at the University of Calicut, where I am deeply involved in advancing knowledge within my field. By engaging with the latest academic literature, attending scholarly conferences, and contributing to ongoing research, I remain at the forefront of contemporary developments. My doctoral studies not only enhance my theoretical understanding but also provide a robust platform for innovative research, enabling me to contribute meaningfully to the academic community and the broader field of Commerce and Management.
