Capt. Dr. Abdul Azees P. is an Associate Professor of Commerce in the Research Department of Commerce and Management Studies, Farook College (Autonomous), Kerala since 2 June 2008. As a research supervisor he has guided efforts to expand student access and opportunity, spur excellence and innovation in teaching and research. He is acting as an Associate NCC Officer since October 2009 and currently leading the NCC Army Sub unit of the college in the rank of Captain. He is a dedicated educator who earned his Master’s Degree in Commerce from Farook College and earned his PhD from the University of Calicut in 2017. He currently serves as the Member, Board of Studies - B Com Honours of the University of Calicut. He is a member of the Boards of the Commerce & Management Studies and the School of Commerce & Management Studies, Farook College (Autonomous) since 2017. He has published several articles in indexed journals; the latest one is in the “Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights” on 16 Feb 2023 and guiding eight research scholars including two foreign scholars for their PhD. He is a member of the Institution Innovation Council of Farook College and the Convenor of Anti Drug Cell Vimukthi working under the Excise Department, Government of Kerala.
