Dr. Abbas K.P. Completed Ph.D in Arabic Language and Literature from Department of Arabic, University of Calicut, Kerala in 2014, Mhpil in Arabic Language and Literature, from Department of Arabic, University of Calicut, Kerala in 2011, M.A. Arabic Language and Literature from Department of Arabic, University of Calicut, Kerala in 2008, B.Ed from UTEC, University of Calicut, Kerala in 2006 and B.A in Arabic & History (Double Main) from University of Calicut in 2004. He cleared NET (National Eligibility Test, UGC, Govt. of India) in December 2009, JRF (Junior Research Fellowship, UGC, Govt.of India in December 2009), SET( State Eligibility Test, Govt.of Kerala in June 2010).

He supervises Four PhD theses in Arabic Language and Literature under University of Caicut, Kerala India. He presented more than 45 papers in National and international conferences and Visited People's Republic of Algeria, United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman, State of Qatar ,Kuwait and KSA for academic purpose. He published more than twenty research papers in the fields of Arabic language and literature.
