Launching of skill development Diploma Programmes

P. A. Mohammed Riyas, the Minister for Public Works Department and Tourism, Government of Kerala inaugurated the launching of the KITTS Diploma Courses at Farook College. In the pandemic induced absence of foreign tourists, it is the need of the time to focus on domestic tourism and make it professional. Farook College has a vast potential for heritage tourism, he said. The Principal, Dr. KM Naseer presided over the function that was held at the Audio Visual Theater of the college . The MoU between the college and KIITS was handed over at the ceremony. KITTS director, Dr. Rajashree Ajith presented the report. Managing committee Vice President K Kunjalavi, treasurer M K Muhammed Ali, Ramanattukara Muncipality Councillor P Abdul Hameed, KITTS technical consultant Binuraj, IQAC coordinator Dr Muhammad Ali and KITTS programme coordinator M C Muhammed Shameer talked on the occasion. Diploma in Logistics Management, Diploma in Airport Operations and Diploma in Advertising and Branding, are the three skill development courses launched this academic year.
