Department of Psychology, Farook College has been established in the year of 2012, which offering Under Graduation and Post-Graduation courses in Psychology. Department aims to bridge the gap between the theoretical concepts with practically applied domains of psychology. The Department has well equipped laboratory for experimental psychology and psychological assessments. The curriculum is integrated with field work in hospitals, industries and advertisement consultancies, keeping in view of students’ placement after the successful completion of the course.

1 .B.Sc. Psychology(Self Finance)

Farook college provides two U.G. programmes in Psychology-in aided and self financing division. The revised Curriculum for Undergraduate Programme of B.Sc. Psychology focuses on imparting knowledge in basic and applied aspects of psychology. The six semester course designed with the complementary papers as Psychological Statistics and Physiological Psychology enables the students to develop a well vision on further career pathways. Systematically updated syllabus, social extention programs & research oriented activities make the graduates enough competent in the dynamic field of psychology.
 
B.Sc. Psychology(Self Finance)

2 .M.Sc. Psychology (Self Finance)

The curriculum of Postgraduate program solely aims at imparting knowledge and develops scientific temper in students. The four semester course emphasizes the importance of research & social intervention activities. Postgraduate department upholds the pride of conducting different outreach programmes including seminars, workshops, and mental health promotion ventures in both National and International standards.
