Mr. Ameer Salman O.M. is currently working as the Head of the Department, Department of Journalism, Farook College (Autonomous). He is also a researcher at the Department of Humanities and Social Science, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. He possesses years of academic and research experiences nationally and internationally. In 2014, he represented India at United States of America as a Fulbright India Fellow. His areas of research interest include politics of media technology, AI, cultural history and social anthropology.
