Farook College Staff Club
It is a cultural association of the teaching staff and provides a venue for engaging academic programmes and cultural activities for the staff and their families.
Acitivities during the year 2008-2009
Farook College Staff Club organised a reception on 17 December 2008 in honour of three of its eminent teachers, Dr. N. Abdul Jabbar (Arabic) for being the recipient of the prestigious M.M. Ghani Award for Best Teachers in the University of Calicut, Mrs. R. Shayida (Mathematics) for being chosen the Best NCC Officer in Northern Kerala, and Dr. T.P.O. Nasirudheen (Library & Information Science) for having presented a paper recently in the International Conference at Kuala Lumpur, University of Malay. Prof. A. Kuttialikutty, Principal, presided over the function. Mr. K.S.B. Nair, Director, FIMS delivered the keynote address and Mr. K.V. Kunhahammed Koya, Secretary, Managing Committee, Farook College distributed the mementos. Prof. P.T. Abdul Latheef, Mr. K.M. Nazir and Mr. N.P. Hafiz Mohamad spoke on the occasion. Mr. P.E. Mohamed Abdul Rasheed proposed the Vote of Thanks.
