Department of Economics


The post-graduate department of economics offers instruction at undergraduate and post-graduate levels. The undergraduate programme focuses on basic economic theory and mathematical skills enabling the students to go in for higher studies adhering to the language of the discipline. The post-graduate programme is noted for the scope for the fieldwork and independent enquiry.  The course work at the PG level is NET oriented and thematic.
